For the fifth season in a row, West End Marketing has partnered with Drum Creative to design and produce the annual holiday message for The Blood Connection. What began as a printed card delivered via regular mail, has evolved into a stop motion animated holiday video delivered via email, the website, Facebook and Twitter. This year, we created the video message using stop motion animation which requires that each frame be artistically rendered and captured. Take a look at the behind the scenes production:
We start with Ben (the artist) creating the miniature water color painting of the mountain snow scene, the centerpiece of the message.
Now the fun begins, here Keith and Ben create the warm interior setting, complete with twinkling lights on the tree and a fire in the fireplace.
