We are looking for a Client Success Manager who can guide client relationships, lead marketing strategy conversations, and ensure every engagement drives measurable business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and client leadership. You will work closely with our creative, digital marketing, and leadership teams to help clients move from marketing activity to real growth.

What You’ll Do

Client Strategy Leadership

Lead strategic conversations that connect marketing activity to business goals.

  • Guide quarterly and annual strategy discussions with clients
  • Translate client goals into clear marketing plans
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels and initiatives
  • Provide insight and research that strengthens strategy development
  • Ensure recommended tactics align with the overall strategic roadmap

Clarity and Direction

Ensure every client engagement starts with clear expectations and a defined plan.

  • Create strategic briefs for creative and marketing teams
  • Translate strategy into actionable direction for internal teams
  • Ensure projects and campaigns stay aligned with measurable outcomes
  • Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Client Partnership

Build trusted relationships that support long-term success.

  • Serve as a primary strategic advisor for key client accounts
  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the process
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships through proactive communication
  • Identify opportunities to expand impact through additional initiatives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in marketing strategy, account management, or client success
  • Experience leading marketing strategy conversations with business leaders
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign performance
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable guiding complex projects
