The Fastest Way to Get to Page One

Whether you realize it or not, if you use the Internet, you’ve encountered PPC advertising. It happens every time you use your favorite search engine. Whether you use Google, Yahoo or Bing, when you search for something online, your results include PPC ads. You’ve probably heard of Google AdWords, but every search engine offers its own PPC program. Those ads that appear on the side and on top of the organic search results? Those are PPC ads – and they are not necessarily a bad thing, for you or the businesses doing the advertising.

Here are some of the advantages our clients have found with PPC advertising:

1. Immediate Traffic and Results

If your business or your website is new, a PPC campaign for your target keywords is an excellent way to be featured on the first or second page of search results.  It takes one to two months for Google and other search engines to fully “trust” your new website – meaning that you’re likely to start on page 60 or higher. I think it’s pretty safe to say that no customer is going to dig that deep to find you! However, by paying $3-5 per “click,” you will rapidly gain web traffic from new visitors. As a result, your site not only expands its reach but builds credibility – with both people and search engines.

2. Cost Control

You control your budget on each campaign, a detail that’s extremely beneficial when you’re limited on funds. You can set the number on price-per-click, daily limits, or overall campaign limits. For instance, you may only want to spend $30 daily or no more than $3 per click. The different providers will keep you up to date via email on your spend and performance.

3. Geographically Targeted

Another benefit of PPC advertising is that it allows you to target your audience geographically- whether we are talking about the location of your physical office or your target market. So you don’t need to have a physical store in Germany in order to target potential clients from Germany. All you need to do is select Germany as one of your targeted countries in your PPC campaign settings.

4. Free Support

Providers of PPC advertising do all they can to make it easy for you to advertise your business; providing assistance in setting up your campaign, YouTube video training, FAQs, webcasts, and more.
