Merging Many Brands
Colas USA is the parent company for many collective subsidiaries throughout the continental USA and Alaska. The organization needed websites for multiple entities that reflected the overarching corporate brand yet tapped into their individual identities and maintained a unique focus on each subsidiary’s expertise.

A Clear Roadmap
We walked each business through the StoryBrand framework to identify each entity’s audiences and specific client problems and solutions. We then developed cohesive and clear messaging that paved the way for approaching each website and capturing the various touch points of multiple brands.
Multi-Site Design & Development
Driving Traffic to Multiple Websites
Keeping each unique end-user in mind, we crafted 16 websites—6 Colas USA tier-one subsidiaries plus 10 subsidiaries under Barrett Industries. Each website has a similar feel with a distinct focus. The sites also function intuitively and showcase each subsidiary’s roadway and infrastructure solutions. We built the sites for optimal online visibility to attract more traffic and increase conversion rates.

Professional photography sets the tone for showing potential customers that these companies are committed to providing high-quality, trusted products and services. It also adds a human element to each brand. Drum went on-location for multiple shoots for several subsidiaries to capture images for their websites and social media.

The conference room at Reeves in Duncan, SC, dons a full-scale wall graphic of the company’s history and mission. Drum also created visually appealing tradeshow banners for Colas and Colaska to use at recruitment and business expos.
