As an agency based on the West Coast, I never experienced any logistical issues. I’ve always known they are just an email or phone call away. In fact, because of the time difference, many times I’d suggest a change late in the day, and it would be done before I got to work the next morning. We were even able to conduct successful training sessions remotely.
